Chilly Billy's Ice Cream was thrilled to be chosen to represent the arrival of Time Warner Cable to the Buffalo, NY area. Our truck toured the streets of the city and towns in Erie County and we also made appearances at Ralph Wilson Stadium for Kids Day, America's Fair in Hamburg, NY for Grandparents Day, and at the Boulevard Mall in Amherst for Fan Appreciation Day.
