As you know, over the last 21 years we have built a highly successful prepackaged novelty truck and pushcart rental business with an incredible foundation of established customers and a #1 local search ranking. Because I want to ensure the long-term success of the business and the continued care of our loyal clientele, it is very important to me that Chilly Billy's transitions to the right hands.

Due to a high volume of interest from several parties, I am utilizing a brief prospective buyer questionnaire to help streamline the process. This will allow me to better understand your professional background, your vision for keeping the business running in its current model, and your financial readiness.

Please find the form questionnaire below. I kindly ask that you review and complete it, returning your responses to me by November 15th. You will need time to get ready by April 1st so time is critical.

Once I have had a chance to review the submissions, I will be reaching out to the top candidates to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and schedule a formal meeting to discuss financials and logistics.

Thank you again for your time and appreciation for what we've built at Chilly Billy's. I look forward to reading your responses.
